Who We Are
The Idea Hound exists to build grass roots community connections and support aspiring leaders. We enhance business practices to lift efforts of organizations, increasing visibility and growing the diversity of business across communities.
Our Values

Connection: Building community drives our desire to connect business with people, in order to promote business diversity in our work spaces and where we live.

Leadership: We mentor those inspired to lead, as well as existing leaders, in the spirit of inclusivity. It is our goal to recognize the talents everyone brings to the team, eliminating toxicity in organizations and creating safe spaces for all to learn.

Accomplishment: Fetching success is what we do, we make ideas reality. We want everyone to feel accomplished, so we can be ready to throw the ball again.

We are inspired by hounds of all types. Whether sight or scent hound, these breeds are all tenacious and more than a little bit stubborn. Dachshunds in particular are always sniffing out a new idea, and show great determination in seeing it through.
